Please accept this form as notification of my intention to enter next year’s DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL (2011). I enclose a REGISTRATION FEE (non-refundable) of £75:00 in respect of a deposit towards the entry fee. The normal entry fee will be £450.00 but will be reduced as follows:
a) If your deposit of £75 is received before 30th September 2010 the cost of the boat will be £350:00
or
b) If your deposit of £75 is received between 1st October 2010 and 31st December 2010 the cost of the boat will be £400:00
I understand that if this Application is received by the Rotary Club of Tower Hamlets within the appropriate above mentioned period I/my team will be entitled to claim the reduction.
All forms/monies received will be acknowledged by email.
